This over the head bluetooth is the best! I don't have to worry about it bothering my ear...it has a cushion for comfort. Everyone I talk to on my cell phone while using my bluetooth tells me I sound very clear they couldn't tell I was using a bluetooth. I can hear everyone so much better then without it.
