I've tried and given up on several Bluetooth earpieces over the years, more than a dozen. The Motorola Elite Flip headset is now not only my favorite, but the best one I've ever owned.
Things I like best:

Noise canceling is amazing
It's very small. Fits in a shirt pocket
Things we loved about the Elite Flip:

Could be better:
- The Ear hook seems a little flimsy.
- Device would not pair with my phone
Mostly this is an awesome device. However, I have an old-style T-Mobile Samsumg phone. It has bluetooth but could not see this device. Unsure why. My son's Exhibit (smart phone) paired with it immediately, so I used his phone to evalute the device.
The sound was very clear, and is always clear if the device is within a few feet of the phone. When you pair the device with the phone, the device tells you how much battery life is left. We found it to be fairly accurate. The voice management can be turned off if you don't like it.
It's very easy to use, just unfold it to turn on and fold off. The ear hook will swivel to fit the left or right ear. It's very small and attractive and I can hide it under my hair.
When my son is outside and calls me using this device, I have a hard time hearing him if the wind is blowing. Otherwise, I can't tell if he's using it or not when he calls.
This is a great device, very lightweight, attractive and easy to use.
